DOL Zone Three match-day 20 Preview: Tema Youth aim to maintain unbeaten run against Krystal Palace, Mighty Jets face off with Lions

Tema Youth snatched a point against Kpando Heart of Lions to maintain their unbeaten run in the on-going Division One League.

The match day 19 encounter at the Kpando Park was closely contested but the home side failed to take their chances as the game ended goalless. The Harbour Warriors return home to take on Krystal Palace FC on match day 20 on Sunday –a match they can’t afford to lose.

Eleven points separates the two sides in the League log but Palace are 7^th in the table with 30 points – with Tema Youth occupying the top spot with 41 points. Second placed Accra Lions are two points adrift, Tema Youth and must avoid defeat in their next game against Uncle T United FC on Sunday.

Lions have lost one, drawn 7 and won 11 in the season – while Uncle occupies the 11^thplace in the standings with 23 points.

A win for Accra Lions will push the race to the wire with Tema Youth showing no sign of dropping their guard at the top of the table.

In other matches, Tudu Mighty Jets will square off against Heart of Lions at the MATS Park at Teshie.
