CAF CL: Rwandan referee Hakizimana to handle Al-Hilal vs Kotoko 2nd leg game

The Confederation of African Football (Caf) has named a quartet of Rwandan referees to officiate the second leg of the 2020/21 Champions League second preliminary round epic battle between Al-Hilal and Asante Kotoko.
CAF has selected Rwandan official Louis Hakizimana, who officiated at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, as centre referee.
He will be assisted on the lines by countrymen Theogene Ndagijimana (Assistant 1) and Raymond Nonati Bwiliza (Assistant 2) with Abdul Karim Twagirumukiza as Fourth Referee.
Amir Hassan from Somalia will be the Match Commissioner and Sudanese Zeher Makki as COVID-19 Officer.
Al-Hilal hold a first-leg advantage after travelling to beat Asante Kotoko 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
The aggregate winner of this tie advances to the group stage of the Caf Champions League while the loser drops to battle in the final round of the Confederation Cup group stage qualifiers.
The match is scheduled for the Al-Hilal Stadium in Omdurman on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
