Asante Kotoko to play Sampdoria in a friendly today

Asante Kotoko will play lower-tier side, Kwadaso Sampdoria FC in a low profile friendly at the Adako Jachie Training Complex on Thursday morning as the club prepares for Inter Allies in a premier league matchweek 29 game.

In a bid to sharpen all rough edges in the squad to ensure they are able to properly compete for the Premier League title, the Reds have agreed to honour a friendly match on Thursday morning.

The encounter is to give the technical team the opportunity to try out some different tactics.

The friendly match with the lower division side will be played at the Adako Jachie Training Complex and will kick-off at 8:30 AM.

In the ongoing season, Asante Kotoko are currently sitting 2nd on the league log with 50 points appease with Hearts of Oak out of 28 matches, with goals separating the two.

The Porcupines will visit Inter Allies on Monday afternoon, June 14 at the Theater of Dreams in Dawu.
