We lose to AshantiGold at our own peril – King Faisal talisman Kwame Peprah

King Faisal leading attacker, Kwame Peprah says his side cannot afford to drop points when they come up against AshantiGold SC Saturday afternoon.

The two regional rivals will battle for three points on match-day 20 of the Ghana Premier League at the Ohene Ameyaw Park in Techiman.

The Isha Allah boys have been woeful in this campaign, languishing at 17th position in the 18-club league after 19 games.

Speaking in an interview with Kumasi FM, Peprah – who has netted 9 goals in the season said that the game is a must-win for them looking at their precarious position.

“I will say our game against Ashgold is a must-win for us, ” Peprah told Kumasi FM

“Our performance in the second round hasn’t been good for us, we have drawn a game and lost one, therefore the Ashgold game, we will approach it wholeheartedly to secure a win. That’s our target.” He added.

King Faisal have amassed 18 points from the 19 games played so far.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm local time.
