Youngster Felix Afena-Gyan justified himself in the Black Stars by scoring his debut Ghana goal in a 3-0 win over Madagascar on Wedensday night.
The AS Roma striker who was starting his third successive game for Ghana benefited from a pass from Gideon Mensah tpo slot home from close range for Ghana’s second.
The 19-year-old made big contributions during his stay on the pitch and he assisted Kudus Mohammed’s opener and was later replaced by Antoine Semenyo who was making his Black Stars debut.
The 19-year-old won the heart of football fans at the Cape Coast Stadium with the 76 minutes he had on the field.
Ghana will next take on Central African Republic on Sunday.
