Team News: Prosper Narteh makes five changes to Kotoko starting XI to face King Faisal - Gama, Mfegue start

Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum has named his men for the Premier League matchweek 23 clash against King Faisal this afternoon.

The Inshallah lads are hosting the Porcupines in a return fixture of the Kumasi derby at the Baba Yara Stadium. Kotoko lost the first round 3-2 to King Faisal at the same venue.

Danlad Ibrahim returns in post ahead of Kwame Baah who has kept the post in the last two games.

In defense, Mubarik Yusif who was unwell returns to the starting lineup and will partner Justice Blay who replaces Maxwell Agyemang at the heart of defence.

Imoro Ibrahim will start from the left side of defense with Christopher Nettey who had a decent game against Karela United maintaining his place in the team at the right-back position.

Sheriff Mohammed maintains his place in midfield with Richard Boadu and will partner Mudasiru Salifu in a three-man midfield.

The attack will see Georges Mfegue returning from injury to replace Samuel Boateng on the right side with Fabio Gama deploying as a left-winger to replace Richmond Lamptey who is injured with Franck Mbella Etouga leading the lines as usual.
