INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY: Black Meteors Head Coach Paa Kwasi Fabin Names Starting Eleven To Face Japan.

The head of the technical team of Ghana’s Olympic side has announced strong squad for the international friendly against Japan this morning.

Ghana U-23 head coach Paa Kwasi Fabin announces the line-up who will lock horns with Japan Olympic team at the Best Denki stadium Fukuoka, Japan on Tuesday morning.

Hearts of Oak Goalkeeper Richmond Ayi replaces William Essu kept the post in the meteors first game.

Schalke 04 and Great Olympics defenders Josepho Barnes and Samuel Abbey-Ashie Quaye respectively take care of the lateral defense whilst Young Center back Uzair Alhassan, Frank Assinki, and Frank Owusu Amoahbeng complete central defensive positions.

Berekum Chelsea midfielder Emmanuel Essiam takes the defensive midfield role, and will be supported by Sabit Abdulai who play for Getafe in the Spanish league.

Legon Cities attacker Jonah Attuquaye and Osman Bukari will give support to the midfielders from the flanks. 

Frimpong Boateng who play for King Faisal in the Ghana Premier League lead the attack for  the meteors this morning.

Ghana U24: GK- Richmond Ayi;

DEFENDERS: Frank Assinki, Uzair Alhassan, Joselpho Barnes, Samuel Abbey-Ashie Quaye, Frank Owusu Amoabeng

MIDFIELDERS: Osman Bukari, Emmanuel Essiam, Jonah Attuquaye, Sabit Abdulai; 

FORWARD: Frimpong Boateng

SUBSTITUTES

William Essu; Patrick Mensah, Percious Boah, Kwame Afriyie Adu-Bofour Poku, Samuel Boakye, Samuel Obeng Gyabaah

Ghana most 6-0 to Japan in the first leg and will lock horns with Japan for the second time, before traveling to South Korea to play two games against the South Korea’s Olympic team.
