Francis Amuzu, a 22-year-old Ghanaian-born Belgian, believes Ghana would struggle at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar later this year.
He believes Ghana is not a team capable of traveling that far in the competition, which will take place from November to December.
Ghana, he believes, appears to be a side that will struggle to compete at the greatest level, and his heart is with the Belgian Red Devils.
“Look, I He’s born in Ghana and when I was there, I felt at home there because of the African atmosphere, ” he told Net Nieusblad.
“My sporty heart lies with Belgium. With Belgium you can go far at such a World Cup, with Ghana there’s a real chance of that you will be out quickly.”
The Ghanaian attacker has 33 appearances in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League, scoring nine goals and assisting three times.
