Eleven Wonders Chief Executive Officer, Albert Commey Aryeetey has reacted to reports linking him to his former club, Hearts Of Oak.

According to the astute football administrator, a group of supporters of the Rainbow Club have met him to communicate their desire to have him return to the club.

Snippets of information gathered indicate that some members of the hierarchy of the club and section of the supporters are not enthused about the administrative style of current General Manager, Frederick Nana K. Moore.

The report suggests his stay may not be renewed when it expires and that they would like Commey, who is a known Phobian to replace the Chartered Accountant.

Commey – a former Public Relations Officer of Hearts Of Oak – left the side to join Tarkwa-based club Medeama SC.

However, he later resigned from the Yellow and Mauves due to pressure from the fans in 2013 to join Aduana Stars. The experienced football administrator spent seven years in Dormaa before his move to regional rivals Eleven Wonders.

Reacting to the reports, Commey disclosed that Hearts have been part of his success story in football administration and will not disappoint him when they officially approach him.

“The truth is, a group of supporters met me that they needed me at Hearts, they have been part of my football life so I won’t disappoint them when they need me but am engaged at the moment. I have been involved in 1or 2 meetings, ” Albert Commey on Oyerepa FM.
