Managing Director of Hearts Of Oak, Frederick Moore has given clarification on rumours surrounding Raddy Ovouka as the report indicated he is on his way out of the club.
According to Frederick Moore, a Portuguese club is interested in securing the services of the defender on loan for free which the club has rejected.
He disclosed that Ovouka is ready to stay despite the Interest from other clubs.
“The only letter we received on Raddy Ovouka was from an agent who wanted to take him to a third division club in Portugal. But they don’t want to pay any money, they want us to give him to them on loan, ” he told Oyerepa FM.
He believes that the player must remain in the club to attract a better deal.
“In my view, after a second year he could probably attract better offers from better clubs for himself.
“It’s not everywhere that when the person goes he will be successful, the club you go to, the country you go to should be dependent on your style of play to bring the best out of you. If you go to the wrong country that does not suit your style of play you will not be successful,” he added.
