Government finally ease stadium restrictions; fans to watch Ghana Premier League games

The Government of Ghana have finally announced that it has lifted the ban on spectators watching football at the various venues across the country.

As part of measures to curb the spread of the Coronavirus disease, the government placed a temporal ban on spectators watching football in the West African country. The Ghana Premier League has been played for seven weeks by clubs behind closed doors.

In a statement signed by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Isaac Asiamah stated that all stadiums will be limited to twenty-five percent (25%) of it’s capacity.
