Former Accra Lions captain Dominic Nsobila has joined UAE First Division team Dibba Al-Hisn SC.
The ex-Black Meteors midfielder, who had been rumored to be transferring to Kotoko during the ongoing transfer window, has opted to sign with Al-Hisn SC in preparation for the 2024/25 Pro League season.
Nsobila, who has been a free agent since leaving Accra Lions a few months ago, was reportedly sought after by Kotoko for a long-term contract, but the club couldn’t meet his salary requirements.
Despite his standout performances in the Ghana Premier League over the last two seasons, Nsobila has chosen to continue his career in the Middle East.
The 21-year-old midfielder is expected to bring his skill and experience to the Al-Hisn SC lineup.
