Ebusua Dwarfs vs Legon Cities clash cancelled

Center Referee Alfa Ba-Adey abruptly ended Ebusua Dwarfs game against Legon Cities at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Legon Cities before the referee halted the match were up by a goal to nil and were on course to win their first away game since January.
Richmond Antwi grabbed the opener with lovely finish inside 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, Referee Adey had to end the matche on the account of feeling unsafe at the venue, according to reports.
The center referee during the first half stopped the game for close to 10 minutes after receiving threat from the fans.
The match was resumed and then progressed as Legon Cities walked into the tunnel with their lead.
The reports further indicates that the match officials failed to show up for the second department of the game.
Eventually, the referee Alpha Ba-Adey together with Match Comissioner James Mornah called off the game.
The Ghana Football Association is yet to take decision whether or not the match will be replayed.
