1 min readDreams FC scored a late goal to beat Division One side Kotoku Royals in the quarterfinals of the MTN FA Cup.
Dreams were hoping to make history to book their first semi-final place and that became a reality when they struck early.
A long ball to danger man Agyenim Boateng saw him hit the ball past onrushing goalkeeper Clinton Quaye to make it 1-0.
That did not really affect Kotoku Royals as they took charge of the game and they got a brilliant equalizer through Joe Boateng.
The game looked to be heading into a draw but Amadu Adamu scored a brilliant freekick to ensure the game ended 2-1 in favour of Dreams FC.
They now await the winner of the game between Skyy FC vs Hearts of Oak.
