Coach Queiroz leaves to monitor Black Stars players abroad

Black Stars gaffer Carlos Queiroz has left the shores of the country for Europe to assess and engage Ghanaian players plying their trade with some European clubs.
The coach was formally outdoored in Accra a couple of days ago after which he quickly set the ball rolling with his duties.
He watched some training and test matches of the Black Galaxies alongside his old and new technical members.
Footydreamsgh.com understand he left Ghana last Saturday for an European tour expected to take some days.
The new manager plans to announce his provisional Black Stars squad in the middle of May before selecting his final team for the 2026 FIFA World Cup slated for June 11 to July 19, 2026.
He has already interacted with Black Stars captain Jordan Ayew who plies his trade with relegated English Championship side Leicester City.
He has also engaged deputy captain Thomas Teye Partey and will continue to interacts with the senior Black Stars players.
“He plans to watch as many games as possible, meeting Ghanaian players to share his philosophy and outline World Cup plans” according to the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
