Black Stars coach Otto Addo picks Hearts of Oak over Asante Kotoko as his favorite Ghanaian club

Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo has named current Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak as his favorite local club over rivals Asante Kotoko.

These clubs have dominated the Ghana Premier League since its inception. Kotoko and Hearts of Oak have won 24 and 21 league titles respectively.

And Otto Addo who’s currently with the Black Stars in Cape Coast preparing for the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar was tasked to pick his favourite Ghanaian club and chose the Phobians ahead of the Porcupines.

“This is hard,” laughed Otto Addo before making his choice. “If I am to choose, it’s Hearts of Oak,” he said as quoted by Sports Obama.

Kotoko are expected to win the league this season, as they currently have a 12-point lead over third-placed Hearts of Oak.
