Belgian side Royal Antwerp submit €250,000 offer to Asante Kotoko for Ibrahim Imoro – Reports

According to local media reports, Royal Antwerp of the Belgian Pro League has made a €250,000 offer to Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko for defender Ibrahim Imoro.

Ibrahim,22, has had a standout season in Ghana’s top flight, starring for the Porcupine Warriors as they won their 25th Premier League title at the weekend.

The Belgian club is said to have made an offer in the region of €250,000 for the highly-rated left back’s services.

With Kotoko preparing to compete in the CAF Champions League next season, it’ll be interesting to watch if one of their premium assets is let go.

But multiple sources claim officials of the club are considering the offer as they may want to cash in.

The full-back had roller coaster season with the Porcupine Warriors, scoring two goals and assisting eight times in 27 games for Ghana’s most successful team.

It appears the African giants may struggle to keep the former Bolga All Stars and Karela United defender with a number of European clubs circling for his signature.
