25 players report for first Asante Kotoko training ahead of Caf Champions League

Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko held their first pre-season training at the team’s training complex at Adako Jachie ahead of the resumption of the country’s top-flight and Caf Champions League.
The Porcupine Warriors, launched its first full-scale training on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 after recording zero positives in their COVID-19 testing on Tuesday.
25 first-team players turned up for the all-important training.
Head coach Maxwell Konadu was around as well as Johnson Smith, Akakpo Patron and Abdulai Gazelle.

Communications Director of the club, Moses Antwi Benefo and the Administrative and Operations Manager Emmanuel Newton Daasoberi were present at the team’s training grounds to watch proceedings.

The team is expected to continue their preparations on Thursday ahead of next season’s inter-club competitions scheduled to begin in November this year.
