Ghana Premier League defending champions, Hearts of Oak are reportedly close to signing Cameroonian centre forward, Yassan Ouatching, Footydreamsgh.com has learnt.

According to Phobia Sports News on Facebook, the Phobians will augment their attack with the 23-year-old for the 2022/2023 season as some liable forwards will be allowed to leave the club.

It is believed that, the technical team of Hearts of Oak led by coach Samuel Boadu are impressed with the performance of the striker after watching his clips and a deal could be reached in the next coming days.

Footydreamsgh’s sources reveal that Yassan will pen a three-year deal with the Phobians.

Should the deal materialized, it will be the first time that the Ghana Premier League champions have signed a player from the Central African country.

Even though a deal is yet to be reached, it is believed that the top hierarchy at Hearts of Oak have tipped Yassan Ouatching as the right material to solidify the team’s attacking force which boast of Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Isaac Mensah, Isaac Agyenim Boateng, Kofi Kordzi and host of others.

Yassan is currently without a club after leaving Bangladeshi side Mohammedan SC in August 2021.
