Top Ghanaian politicians Nii Lante Vanderpuye, Kyei Mensah-Bonsu, others named on Premier League newcomers Nsoatreman FC Board

Nsoatreman FC have appointed a board for the club to rebuild it’s brand. This was contained in a communique on their official social media.

Hon. Ignatius Baffour Awuah heads new Nsoatreman FC board. Nsoatreman chief has tasked the nine member board to rebuild the club’s brand in the sporting sector and also develop it to become a sustainable economic club.

According to a statement released by the club, the board will be chaired by Ignatius Baffour Awuah, the owner of the club who doubles as the Minister of Employment and Labour Relations.

Also on the board is the Majority Leader and Member of Parliament of Suame, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu. Former Minister of Youth and Sports and Member of Parliament of Odododiodio constituency, Hon. Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuye, is also a member.

Other members of the eight-member board include, Joseph Cudjoe, George Ampaabeng Kyeremeh, Kingsley Antwi, Aziz Abubakar, Foriwaa Agnes and James Abu.

The members of the board will be expected to use their expertise and experience to get the club to be a mainstay in the Ghana Premier League.

Nsoatreman Fc will know their first opponent of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season on Tuesday, July 26 when the fixtures are released.

The new 2022-23 Ghana Premier League season is expected to begin on the weekend of September 9-12, 2022.
