Samuel Frimpong To Join Medeama Sporting Club

Medeama Sc are in advanced talk with the right back, to accept their terms and conditions to join the club in just to end transfer window.

Samuel Frimpong recently terminated his contract with his former club Kumasi Asante Kotoko by mutual consent, and he will sign to play at the Akoon park next season.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko recently offloaded 8 senior players who were tipped as surplus to requirement by their new head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum after taking over from Mariano Barreto.

The 23-year old right-back is great, especially when defending against an opponent in the penalty box. His recovery is superb and has master class ability when having the ball pressing.

Medeama Sc recently terminated their former coach Yaw Preko’s contract and handed the work to the young and talented coach Ignatius Kwame Osei-Fosu. Under him, Medeama Sc have signed 10 players and expecting Samuel Frimpong as their 11th signing.

Samuel Frimpong dubbed as “Eboue” Joined Kumasi Asante Kotoko from Bekwai Youth academy and was loaned to Karela United for development in 2019.
