Hearts of Oak have officially announced the signing of Mawuli Wayo from Bibiani Goldstars following several weeks of negotiations.
Although Bibiani Goldstars offered Mawuli a contract extension after last season, he chose to decline and instead join the capital-based giants, with whom he has been training for several weeks.
Mawuli showcased his skills in their recent match against Kpando Heart of Lions during the Gbese Mantse Homowo Charity Cup, where he delivered an outstanding performance.
Over the past three seasons in the Ghana Premier League, Mawuli has made 44 appearances, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
He is the fifth player to be announced by Hearts of Oak today, following the signings of Yayaha Draman, Kwame Boateng, Hussein Mohammed, and Yussif Ahmed Ramzy.
