Karela United FC came from a goal down to beat Elmina Sharks 3-1 in a Ghana Premier League Week 23 game.

The game played at the Anyinase CAM Park saw Karela continue the fine form they displayed against Kotoko.

Sharks opened the scoring in the 11th minute through Michael Ohene Agyei Asamoah and there were indications of an upset.

However that changed when Emmanuel Dagadu scored for Karela in the 16th minute to make it 1-1.

Emmanuel Boakye Owusu put Karela in front in the 32nd minute before Dagadu scored his second and Karela’s third in the 57th minute to make it 3-1.

Karela currently lie 11th with 33 points and Sharks are bottom of the league with just 15 points.
