Johnson Smith’s squad has been boosted by the return of Mudasiru Salifu to training, ahead of our Premier League clash with WAFA and a busy remaining January fixtures to come.
Powerful midfielder Mudasiru was happily pictured training along with the rest of the first team at Adako Traning Ground on Wednesday morning.
The combative midfielder is currently stepping up his recovery, following an injury-laden 2020, in which he made only a few appearances for us in all competitions.

Mudasiru made a decent run in the preseason, playing in most of the friendly games as we got prepared for the campaign.
But then a foot injury, sustained at training in December, ruled him out of the start of the term.Mudasiru’s appearance in training with the Porcupines squad on Monday morning suggests the popular midfielder is closing in on a welcome return to action.
That is fantastic news for the Acting Head Coach, with three morebig games to come in January with Ebusua Dwarfs, Aduana Stars, and Ashantigold.
