Kotoko to strike partnership deal with StarTimes – Club official reveals

Commercial Manager of Asante Kotoko, Eric Amoako-Twum has disclosed that the club will soon sign a partnership deal with StarTimes to telecast their games for those outside Ghana.

The Porcupine Warriors during the unveiling of the new management revealed plans to announce four huge sponsorship deals soon.

Nana Yaw Amponsah on the day, hinted that the club is 90 per cent through signing a partnership deal with an English Premier League side.

He further stated that the club is close to securing a deal through the hard work of Amoako-Twum.

Speaking to Otec FM, Amoako Twum disclosed that the team will soon sign a deal with StarTimes to show matches of the club worldwide.

“Streaming live games in this era are very important and possible because of technology. It’s our plan to sign an agreement with StarTimes to give  opportunity for those outside Ghana to watch our matches on their phones” Amoako Twum told Kumasi based OTEC FM

“That is also an avenue to generate some revenue for the team and the partners, but we will first engage the GFA for a possible approval following the current arrangement between them” He added
