Kotoko close to announcing Johnson Smith as new head coach

National Division One League side, Nzema Kotoko are close to announcing former Karela United trainer, Johnson Smith as new head coach for the 2022/23 league season.

The former Asante Kotoko coach is on the verge of completing a deal to join Nzema Kotoko following a fruitful discussion between the parties which is at it concluding stages.

Domesticsportsgh.com can reliably confirm that talks between Johnson Smith and Nzema Kotoko are in advanced stage with an agreement expected to be reached between the parties by monday July 25.

Ahead of his proposed move to Nzema Kotoko, his club Bekwai Youth Academy have reportedly named Kobina Amissah as their new head coach.
