Karela United land $300,000 sponsorship deal from GNPC

Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) has confirmed a US$ 300,000 sponsorship deal for Ghana Premier League side Karela United FC.
The deal will see the Anyinase-based received a yearly amount of US$ 100,000 for three years.
This was revealed by the Chief Executive of the state-owned firm Dr. KK Sarpong ahead of their first home match of the season against Inter Allies.
A club Tweet on Sunday, 22 November 2020 read: ”Dr. KK Sarpong just announced a $100,000 a year sponsorship package for the next 3 years… for Karela United Fc. New season…..New beginnings.”
GNPC have already upgrading the Crosby Awuah Memorial (CAM) Park by laying an artificial pitch.
