Legendary Ghan forward Asamoah Gyan has given the Black Stars some insightful counsel, highlighting the significance of giving Athletic Bilbao FC striker Inaki Williams lots of opportunity in attack.
According to the former Ghana captain, Inaki Williams should receive 60% of the balls in attack, since this will psychologically prime him for incredible performances.
Gyan tweeted after the striker’s brilliant header in stoppage-time secured Ghana victory in the 2026 World Cup qualifier against Madagascar in Kumasi om Friday.
“Just feed him with 60% of the balls in attack and he will be ready mentally to deliver. PERIOD”, he wrote on X.
It was Williams’ first goal for the Black Stars after 12 appearances.
