“I am not happy. We should have won by 8 nil or 9 nil” – Barreto after Kotoko heavy win over Bechem United

Despite the emphatic 4-0 thumping of Bechem United, Asante Kotoko Portuguese trainer Mariano Barreto has stated that he is not entirely happy about the scoreline.
According to the ex-Black Stars coach, his charges could have won the game by 8 or 9 nil.
The Porcupine Warriors defeated the Hunters in a match-day 16 outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture on Wednesday afternoon at the Len Clay Stadium.

Abdul Ganiu opened the scoring before Fabio Gama doubled Kotoko’s lead in the 44th minute to end the first half 2-0 for the home side.
Youngster Andy Kumi Francis and Brazilian Michael Vinicius bagged the 3rd and 4th goals respectively.
But Barreto insists he is not a happy man.
“I am not happy. We should have won by 8 nil or 9 nil.” Barreto said after the game, ” he said in a post-match interview.
“We created many chances that we should have scored more,” he added.
Kotoko moves to the third position on 31 points, two points adrift of leaders Great Olympics.
