Hearts Of Oak supporters Chief Elvis Herman resigns from the Board

Hearts of Oak supporters Chief Elvis Herman Hesse Jr. has resigned from the club’s board per report gathered.

Hesse Jr., who is currently the chairman of the National Chapters Committee(NCC) tendered his resignation letter to the club’s top hierarchy on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.

The Phobians are in crisis following the mass resignation that hit the club.

Head coach Kosta Papic, assistant coach Joseph Asare Bediako and Goalkeepers’ coach Ben Owu all left the Ghanaian top-flight outfit within one week.

The situation infuriated the fans led by Hesse Jr. He, together with other supporters of the club, visited the club’s secretariat, locking up the place.

Hesse Jr. was put on the board of directors of the Phobians after his election as NCC Chairman in June 2019.
