1 min read

Hearts Of Oak General Manager, Frederick Nana. K. Moore has confirmed that the hierarchy of the club is prepared to grant Kofi Kordzi his wish.

Reports were that the Rainbow Club has rejected an offer of $200,000 from a Qatari club.

Hearts were in contract extension talks with the attacker but no concrete agreement has been reached between the two parties.

According to Moore, the board of directors of the club are ready to allow him to leave the club.

“Hearts board want the striker to stay, we will do our best but if he wants to go, we will allow him, ” he told Oyerepa FM.

“The proposal didn’t quote any figure but in negotiating with them that was where the $200,000 came in.

“We have met the player to extend his contract and this was when this proposal came in.

We will do what is best for the club and the player as well.”

Kordzi netted five goals in the truncated Ghana Premier League.
