Hearts of Oak center-forward, Kofi Kordzi has set sights on winning the golden boot for the 2021/22 Premier League season.

Despite Hearts of Oak’s struggles in the first round of the season, Kofi Kordzi has been fantastic when called upon by head coach Samuel Boadu.

Kofi Kordzi after the first round has scored 7 goals for the Phobians in 8 starts, 4 less than current top scorer Franck Etouga.

“My target is to win the goal-king title and I’m going to work very hard towards that goal during this second round,” Kofi Kordzi said as quoted by Ghanaiantimes.com.gh.

Kordzi has also vowed to help Hearts of Oak get their season back on track after an abysmal first round. However, he will have to start playing regularly to help his side do so.

The 27-year has struggled for playing minutes in recent weeks, failing to start any of the last 4 games.
