Hearts of Oak finally complete Konadu Yiadom signing

Ghanaian giants, Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of defender Konadu Yiadom in the ongoing transfer window.
The 22-year-old highly-rated centre-back was on the wishlist of Aduana Stars and the Dormaa-based club offered an improved bid but Yiadom chose the Phobians.
Yiadom is expected to partner Mohammed Alhassan who also has a similar game style as the duo were all nurtured by WAFA
The former WAFA SC captain who had a stellar season with the Academy Boys has penned down a 3-year deal and will be with the club until 2025.
The enterprising centre-back came close to joining Hearts mid-way during last season but the deal hit a snag.
He becomes the fifth signing of Hearts of Oak after Zakaria Yakubu, William Bumekpor, Junior Kaaba and Eric byOfori Antwi.
Hearts of Oak have already commenced pre-season training for the 2022/23 CAF Confederation Cup campaign and the Ghana Premier League season which will start next week.
