Hearts Of Oak defeat Revelation FC in a pre-season friendly

Hearts of Oak on Tuesday played a pre-season friendly with lower-tier side Revelation FC at the St. Thomas Aquinas Park ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Goals from Isaac Mensah and Bernard Obour ensured that Hearts of Oak recorded a 2-0 win over the lower-tier side Revelation FC.

Mensah opened the scoring for the Phobian before Bernard Obour doubled the lead via a spot-kick awarded to them after trialist Gideon Asante Yeboah was fouled in the penalty area.

Hearts of Oak are currently preparing for the 2022/23 season which kicks off with their participation in the GHALCA Top 6 tournament.

Hearts of Oak will compete in the 2022/23 CAF Confederation Cup scheduled to commence in September.
