Ghanaian youngster Frank Adjei Junior signs for IFK Värnamo

Swedish outfit IFK Värnamo has announced the signing of Ghanaian youngster Frank Adjei Junior.
The 18-year-old midfielder joined the Swedish top-flight side from Ghana Premier League side Bibiani Gold Stars.
Adjei penned a two-year deal with an option to extend after a successful trials. He is expected to join his teammates on Thursday for the club’s preseason.
He played an integral role in the Miners maiden campaign, which ensured they maintain their slot in the Ghanaian top-flight.
He has previously played for Golden Boys Academy.
Enes Ahmetovic, who is the Sports Manager of the club had this to say after completing the transfer.
“Frank is a player that we have visited our environment before and who has done well then. He is a promising football player with a lot of great qualities. Frank will certainly need time to acclimatize to Swedish football, but once he has done so, this can be really good.”
