Ghanaian youngster Ernest Nuamah has made an impressive debut in Denmark, scoring three goals for his club FC Nordsjaelland in their opening game of the 2023/24 league season.
The talented teenager earned a starting spot for his team in the Round 1 match of the Danish Superliga campaign against Viborg. The home match for FC Nordsjaelland started on a challenging note as the visitors took an early lead in the 10th minute through Mads Söndergaard.
However, the hosts’ starting eleven rallied together, determined to turn the game around. The pivotal player in their comeback was none other than the Black Stars forward, Ernest Nuamah.
In the 29th minute, the Ghanaian prodigy showcased his talent, scoring a fantastic goal to level the match. Just before the first-half break, Nuamah struck again, netting his second goal with the assistance of fellow Ghanaian teenager Ibrahim Osman.
The young forward continued to shine, and in the 59th minute, he completed his hat-trick, leading FC Nordsjaelland to an exhilarating 4-1 comeback victory at the end of the 90 minutes. Benjamin Nygren added the final goal for the host team, sealing their triumph in style.
