Former Hearts Of Oak star Winful Cobbinah joins Egyptian side Petrojet SC

Ghanaian midfielder, Winful Cobbinah has secured a move to Egyptian top-flight side Petrojet SC. 

The 30-year-old joins Petrojet from rivals Cleoptra Ceramica on a free transfer.

The former Hearts of Oak midfielder was part of eight players unveiled by the Egyptian topflight side on Tuesday.

“Welcome to our latest deal, Ghanaian star Winful Cobbinah joins Petrojet from Ceramica in a free transfer deal,” the club wrote on Twitter.

Cobbinah is expected to add some creativity in the Petrojet midfield following his enormous experience in the game.

The WAFU Cup winner joins Mohamed Othman, Mohamed Elkomi, Mohamed Sharyf and Mahmoudf Ghaly as the club’s latest signings.

Winful Cobbinah moved to Egypt after leaving Albanian giants KF Tirana, where he joined Cleopatra Ceramica.
The ex-Hearts star also had a spell in Saudi Arabia with Najran SC.
