Databank CEO backs Nana Yaw Amponsah’s Asante Kotoko stadium project idea

Chief Executive Officer of Databank Group, Kojo Addae Mensah has backed Nana Yaw Amponsah to succeed in building a stadium for Asante Kotoko should he have the funds.

The Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer on Monday told Oyerepa Sports that he would construct a stadium for the club in 18 months should 100,000 fans commit to donating $100 to the club.

Speaking to Ashh FM in an interview today, Kojo Addae Mensah says Nana Yaw Amponsah’s dream is realistic.

“I believe NYA can construct a stadium for Kotoko in 18 months,” Kojo Addae-Mensah who is a renowned football analyst shared.

He further stressed that he is confident Asante Kotoko can finish the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season as champions.

Ahead of the clash against Hearts of Oak in the President’s Cups on Friday, Kojo Addae-Mensah says he would prefer Asante Kotoko uses its reserve players to play the match.
