VIDEO: Asante Kotoko on the verge of signing new defender Sheriff Mohammed

Asante Kotoko are close to signing defender Sheriff Mohammed.
The centre-back, who uses both legs well, is a former player of Division One League side Liberty.
He has been training with the Porcupine Warriors since the commencement of their pre-season activities in Accra ahead of the 2022/23 season.
Coach Abdul Gazeli introduced Sheriff Mohammed when Kotoko defeated lower-tier side Panthers FC 4-2 on Monday morning.
He is expected to sign a three-year deal in the coming days.

The Ghana champions have officially signed Moise D’assise Pouaty, Frederick Asare, Thomas Peleg Djomian, Ernest Osei Owusu, Ivorian Serge Eric Zeze and Uganda international Steven Dese Mukwala.
