AFCON 2023 Q: ‘My team will give everything to get the win against Angola’ – Chris Hughton

Chris Hughton, the head coach of the Ghana national team, expressed his assurance to fans during a pre-match press conference for the Ghana vs. Angola game, stating that the Black Stars will always fight to win games.

Although he cannot guarantee a victory in every game, the coach is confident that his team will play well and battle for wins.

“As a team and players, we have the responsibility to return this support, and the fans must enjoy what they see. I cannot guarantee the results, but mostly they will see a team that is giving everything to achieve the desired outcome,” said Chris Hughton.

The game will take place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers, with the new Ghana head coach on the sidelines.

The match is scheduled to begin at 16:00 GMT.
