Former Berekum Chelsea midfielder Abu Ushau has wrote an emotional message to his former teammates after completing his move to Accra Hearts of Oak.

The defensive midfielder spent one season with Berekum Chelsea before earning a move to Phobia on transfer deadline.

Abu Ushau after signing 3-year contract with Hearts of Oak on undisclose fee, from Berekum Chelsea scripted an emotional message to his family found in Berekum.

The new Hearts of Oak player wrote the following statement via his official Facebook handles .

“This is hard message to swallow, first of all I want to start off by thanking Berekum Chelsea for all that they have done for me.The love I will always have for this club will never be matched.From the very moment I walked into the stadium, I felt at home and I had made the right decision. Moving to Berekum want not only football, I had to adapt to a new culture and lifestyle.

I’m privileged to have shared the pitch with my teammates that has been at the club.I have learnt so much from all of talented players.Thank you for playing a part in my life,and making me understand the game of football at a top level.

For all the amazing coaches, staff,everyone involved in the club,I want to say a massive thank you for looking after me during my time at the club, I will miss you all dearly.

Berekum Chelsea will always be a part of me and I will always miss,love and be greatful to the club, and expecially the supporters who supported me through thick and thin, I hope you can respect my decision. The most beautiful Part of friendship is to understand and be understood.
