Kevin-Prince Boateng breaks up with wife after 9 years of marriage

Ghana forward Kevin-Prince Boateng has finally confirmed that he and his wife Melissa Satta have divorced.

The relationship of the AC Monza star and the Italian television goddess has hit the rocks in recent times with the two not seeing eye to eye for some time now.

However, after several months of back and forth, the couple have decided to go separate ways although they have a six-year-old child Maddox Boateng.

“After a period of separation, we decided to permanently end our relationship,” the 33-year-old wrote on Twitter.

Melissa also confirmed the news on her page and thanked the player for making keeping her company for the past 9 years.

“Thank you for these 9 years…. and for the best gift… Maddox.” Melissa wrote.

The pair had tried working out the relationship during his time in Turkey whiles on loan at Besiktas, where they lived together at the time of lockdown, but to no avail.
