GFA President, two others represent Ghana at FIFA Congress

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) leadership trio of Kurt Okraku – GFA President together with EXCO Member Nana Oduro Sarfo and GFA Secretary, Prosper Harrison Addo have taken part in this year’s FIFA Congress in Canada.
The 76th FIFA Congress taking place in Vancouver, Canada is hoped to bring some reforms in the world’s football.
The FIFA Congress is also expected to delibrate on the soon to commence 2026 FIFA World Cup slated for USA, Canada and Mexico.

Expressing his appreciation to stand in for the entire Ghanaian football population at such a highest FIFA level, GFA President Kurt Okraku wrote;
“I am in Vancouver, Canada, representing Ghana at the 76th FIFA Congress, in the company of our General Secretary, Prosper Harrison Addo and Executive Council member, Nana Sarfo Oduro”
“The FIFA Congress remains the highest decision-making body in world football, bringing together leaders from FIFA, the six continental confederations and member associations across the globe”
“It is a vital platform for meaningful dialogue, collaboration and forward-looking policy decisions that shape the future of the game at every level”.
