Nations FC coach Kassim Mingle hails Dr Kwame Kyei’s football knowledge

Kassim Mingle, the head coach of Nations FC in the Ghana Premier League, has praised club owner Dr. Kwame Kyei for his exemplary professional approach.

Mingle emphasized that Dr. Kyei shows a genuine respect for coaches by granting them the autonomy to fulfill their roles without unnecessary intervention.

Having left Bechem United, where he achieved back-to-back 3rd place finishes, Mingle joined the newly promoted Nations FC.

During a conversation with Radio Gold Sports, Mingle shared his perspective, stating, “He is a kind individual who comprehends the intricacies of the game, and he provides you the freedom to execute your work.”

Mingle elaborated further, saying, “When you present him with a player, he will straightforwardly state that he is not a coach and that the player should be directed to the training ground.”

Concluding his appreciation for Dr. Kyei, Mingle added, “He possesses a solid understanding of football and is also very approachable.” Kassim Mingle conveyed these sentiments to Radio Gold Sports.
