Injury Update: Justice Blay gives Kotoko major boost as he finally returns to training

Asante Kotoko’s absentee list is getting shorter as midfielder Justice Blay has returned to first-team training ahead of their upcoming Premier League match against Bibiani Gold Stars.
The hardworking midfielder has been out of action since the team’s 2-1 victory over Samartex.
Although Blay’s injury issues have resulted in other players filling in for him, he is still considered one of Asante Kotoko’s top midfielders. He has only played in 13 out of 29 league games this season.
Asante Kotoko confirmed his return via Twitter on Thursday morning and he is expected to join the squad for their upcoming match at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors will be looking to end their two-game winless run, having been held to a 1-1 draw with Tamale City and losing 2-0 to Accra Great Olympics in their previous games.
Asante Kotoko is currently ranked fifth on the league table with 43 points.
