MTN FA Cup: Skyy FC pip Ebusua Dwarfs to progress to semis

Skyy FC booked a place in the semifinals of the FA Cup after beating Division One rivals Ebusua Dwarfs 1-0 at St. Martins Park in Daboase on April 9, 2023.

Eric Antwi Konadu scored for Skyy just two minutes into the game, and despite Dwarfs’ efforts to equalize, Skyy held on to secure qualification.

Skyy’s impressive form in the Division One League was replicated in the cup, and after being knocked out in the quarterfinals by eventual champions Hearts of Oak last season, they are looking to cause an upset again.

Skyy FC is the only Division One team left in the competition, alongside Dreams FC, Nsoatreman, and King Faisal, their opponents in the semifinals.
