League leaders Hearts of Oak defeated rivals Asante Kotoko 1-0 on match day 31 of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports stadium.

Daniel Afriyie Barnie scored the only goal of the match in the 66th minute to give the Phobians a three point lead on the league table with three games to end the season.

Elsewhere in Techiman, Eleven Wonders defeated Berekum Chelsea 3-1 at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.

In Elmina, Great Olympics picked a 1-1 stalemate against Elmina Sharks at the Nduom stadium.

Dreams FC were humbled 2-0 by Aduana Stars at the Agyemang Badu Park at Dormaa
