U-turn: Hearts vs Medeama game back on as Minister of Youth & Sports calls NSA to rescind Accra Sports Stadium decision

The National Sports Authority has made a swift U-turn and rescinded their decision to shut down the Accra Sports Stadium for maintenance and renovation works in the middle of the Ghana Premier League season.
The action caused the matchday 29 clash between Hearts of Oak and Medeama SC to be called off temporarily.
But, according to reliable sources the sector minister Hon. Mustapha Ussif telephoned the hierarchy of the National Sports Authority to rescind their earlier decision and allow the game to come on.
This means the game between table-toppers Hearts of Oak and fourth-placed Medeama SC will come on as scheduled.
Kick off time remains 18:00 GMT.
