The third edition of the Ghana Football Awards was held at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Center (AICC) on Saturday 3rd July 2021.
Ghana Captain Andre Ayew won the topmost award as he was crowned the footballer of the year ahead of Kudus Mohammed and Gladson Awako.
Ibrahim Salifu of Hearts Of Oak scooped the best local-based player of the year accolade.
Asante Kotoko CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah won the Best Ghanaian Club CEO.
Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan was named as the Best Ghanaian player in the last decade.
Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak were named the best male club of the year at the third edition of the award ceremony held in Accra.
They beat off competition from Asante Kotoko and the Black Satellite of Ghana
Nii Odartey Lamptey, John Paintsil, Fred Pappoe and other influential figures attended the colourful event.
