2021/22 DOL week 30 results & standings: Tamale City, Nsoatreman pick wins on final day; Lions suffer defeat against Akatsi All Stars

Tamale City thrashed Bolga All Stars 5-0 at home to keep their hopes of qualifying to the Premier League alive.

Ofosu Abega scored a hat-trick, Abdulai Sulemana Zuberu and ‪Kingsley Braye‬ scored a goal each to cement the win.

Nsoatreman as well recorded a 1-0 victory at home to Unity FC to keep in touch with Tamale City. ‪ Mohammed Abdul Rahman‬ scored the only goal of the game for Nsoatreman in the 7th minute.

The wins for the two teams means they are unseparated after 30 games played. Amassing 71 points and level with head to head, winning 1-0 at their respective home grounds.

The two teams will now be involved in a playoff on a yet to announced venue and date to determine which team qualifies to the Premier League.

Other results of Zone One games played today saw Bofoakwa Tano beat Young Apostles 1-0.

In Zone Two, Abubakar Gariba scored twice as BYF Academy defeated Nzema Kotoko 2-0. Akatsi All Stars in Zone three defeated Heart of Lions 1-0 to secure 6th place.
